For this look I started with a base coat of pink from Sally Hansen, Pink A Card. I used stamping plate QA97 from bornprettystore.com. (link below) The roses are colored in with Sally Hansen Color Foil, Minted Metal and L.A. Colors, Pink Bubbles. The glitter nails are Pure Ice, Come Closer.
