Vintage Valentines

We're getting close to Valentine's day! For this look I wanted to go for that romantic, vintage vibe. I used more "earthy" tones for the base. The polish pictured, is from China Glaze called Dope Taupe. I did an off-white color on my middle  finger. It is by OPI, called My Vampire is Buff.  I thought that shade mixed with the pink roses gave it that vintage feel! Then I tied it together with the pink on my ring finger. That one is called Bali Mist by Sinful Colors. Then I just added the heart!

Wedding Nails

Hi everyone! Don't you love the Springtime? All of the trees and flowers start to bloom again, you get to open your windows and smell the freshly cut grass. It's also full of proms and weddings! So I decided to try a wedding nail design. The color is called Taupe Is Chic, by Sinful Colors in the Kylie Jenner collection. It's a pretty nude with a matte finish.  Over that, I stamped on the pretty lace design using MoYou Nails , White stamping polish and Born Pretty stamping plate BP-02 . Then I went a little crazy and added some pre-glued rhinestones from Kiss.

Modern Christmas

This is a more modern Christmas look. I love the hot pink and silver together.

Gradient Pink

If you want to do a totally cute but super easy manicure, my go-to design is always an ombre/gradient. You can leave it plain or add stuff to it! Here I used stamping plate BP-15  from Born Pretty Store  and some rhinestones to decorate mine. I did this one in a blue tone also. Check out my Gradient Blue  if you like. I would like to do one in purples  next!     Here are the colors I used             From left to right: Sally Hansen- Pink A Card, LA Colors   Color Craze- Pink Bubbles, Salon Perfect Neon POP!- Pink-y Swear  and Sinful Colors- Boom Boom.

Simple neon dots

This is a very simple nail art idea. For this look, I choose two bright colors from L.A. Colors Color Craze collection. The pink is called Pizzaz and the yellow is Flicker . I always but on a white base coat under bright colors to really make them pop! I got these cool dots  from bornprettystore.com . I applied them with the polish still a bit tacky and then added a top coat. It took no time at all, and I have had so many compliments this week. :) Here is the link to the dots:  http://www.bornprettystore.com/mixed-nail-glitter-decoration-colorful-mini-round-thin-paillette-design-p-15085.html And as always, don't forget to use my 10% off code PQL91

Foil & Snowflakes

This one I really love. It reminds me of little foil presents. This one was really easy but looks so great in person. All I did for this one is add rainbow foil to my  nails by adding a thin coat of polish and just before it dries and then the foil sticks to the polish. Then I stamped with MoYou Nails stamping plate #127 and thier white stamping polish.  And the winner of the giveaway of the ring is Mollie M. It is up on the rafflecopter over on my Facebook page :  https://www.facebook.com/nutsfornails . I am in the giving spirit so you never know what's next. Stay tuned...

Maybelline Color Show Shredded Purple Possibilities

I wanted to share this awesome polish that I discovered the other day. It's from the Maybelline Color Show Shredded collection called Purple Possibilities. It's a crackle polish which they call shredded. I used a white base coat and a thin top coat of of the Maybelline polish to get this look. I like it alot because it's a quick and easy way to get nail art without all the work. :)

Graphic Design

For this design I used 3 colors, Sinful Colors Dream On which is the one pictured, Broadway Nails Waterproof and LA Colors Mint. I sponged them on over a white base. The stamping plate is QA97 from bornprettystore.com and the black stamping polish is from MoYou Nails , it is the only stamping polish I use.

Frill color swatch

This is my third swatch from LA Colors Color Craze collection. This one is Frill. It's a bright pink color that you would definitely see when you walked into a room. For my accent on this one I just wanted to do a simple water marble. Would you wear this look?
