This was just a simple stamping nail art design. I always love the classic look of black and white so I wanted to come up with a funky design. I started with a white base and then stamped on my design. When it was completely dry, I taped off areas and then painted on black. I finished off the look with some silver striping tape!  The stamping plate is hehe 003 (below). 

Hey everyone!! I have another cute Valentine's Day creation here!! For this one I wanted to use the classic red and white Valentine colors and of course a little silver to add some sparkle. The base polishes are by Sinful Colors, the red is  Go Go Girl and the white is Snow Me White. Hi there again!!  Here is my next Valentine's Day look for 2016.   This is just a cute, simple stamping design. I started with a pink and white base. The pink is Sally Hansen, Pink a Card and the white is LA Colors, Snow White . Both the pink and purple stamping polishes are from MoYou Nails .  The stamping plate I used is this cool heart-shaped plate. I got it from STZ. 

I really love to do snowflakes in different colors than the usual white and blue. This design was created using a snowflake stamping plate QA-58 from Born Pretty Store . These are my Harry Potter nails! I love to watch the movies around Halloween time. There was just a Harry Potter marathon on ABC Family this weekend. That was what gave me the inspiration. The purple polish is Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme wear Deep Purple. The stamping plate is he-he 030 and the gold polish I used for the stamping is by Studio M called Gold Links. It is a regular drug store polish that worked really good for stamping. The black is MoYou Nails stamping polish. 

I know Summer is coming to an end quicker than we would like it too. But don't worry, it will be around again sooner than we know it. Purple is a great color to go from Summer to Fall! If you haven't read my earlier blog posts, my fav go to stamping polish is by MoYou Nails.  This is thier lilac special stamping polish. They have many colors to choose from! I was originally going to color in this flower with neon pink and yellow but I decided to put a matte finish on instead.  I really love this matte topcoat by NYC called Matte Me Crazy. It's cool because you can turn any color you already have into one with a matte finish. The stamping plate I used here is from Born Pretty Store , BP-54 . I get a lot of my nail design color inspiration from interior design palettes. I love this color combo of turquoise, grey and fuchsia. I was dying to try it and I just love the results!! For this design, I started with a white base. Let it dry. To do the gradient, I just apply the polish to a make up wedge and then press it onto the nail (as shown it photo below).  Then I stamped it with white stamping polish and stamping plate BP-20 from bornprettystore.com . To finish it off, I used a dotting tool to make the center of the flowers. Then I just did my clean up and put a clear coat on top. :)  I hope you all like it!!  The polishes used here are Sinful Colors-Dream On, Essie-I'm Addicted and  Sweet Color-Gray. We are back from Spring Break! (Physically, not mentally..lol) We went to Las Vegas where the temperature was in the 80's and 90's!! Back home in Indiana were I live, It's been rainy and cold. :( So I wanted to do a design that was bright and cheery! I used a neon pink and orange from Academy of Colour that I got in a set from Kohl's. The stamping plate is from Born Pretty Store , BP-44 . I thought this would be a cute one for Valentine's Day. Conversation hearts were one thing I think everyone has memories of from Valentine's Day. The purple is by Pixi , it's called Very Violet. Then I stamped the hearts in white using Bundle Monster 421 and MoYou Nails white stamping polish. For the colors on the hearts, I used OPI Sheer Tints . They are tinted topcoats basically and they worked great for this design!!

This is my first Valentine's Day nails of 2015!  I first painted the nails white. I used Wet and Wild Megalast, Whipped Topping.  Then when that was completely dry, I used scotch tape to tape off half the nail and painted half Neon Pink. It's by Love and Beauty from Forever 21. (It came in a set and they don't have names.)  The stamping plate I used is from MoYou Nails # 112 . It is a really cute Valentine's Day themed plate! I stamped the design with the same pink polish I used earlier and though it wasn't special stamping polish, it seemed to work pretty great! I then finshed the look off by adding some silver striping tape. Would you wear this look?

I love the look of classic black and white for New Year's Eve. Of course, sparkle is the next thing that comes to mind. For this design the materials I used are Wet and Wild Megalast-Whipped Topping and LA Colors Nail Lacquer-Black Lace Creme as the black and white base. I did my thumbs black also. You just can't see it in the pic. I wanted to give it some sparkle so I put a coat of silver glitter polish from LA Colors. Then I used stamping plate BP-03  from bornprettystore.com . As you all know, I use MoYou Nails  stamping polish. It's my favorite.  I used thier black over the white base and white over the black base. Hope you like it!! 

For this design, I started with a black base from LA Colors nail lacquer. The stamping plate used is from bornprettystore.com  BP-09. I then put a drop of yellow, blue and pink stamping polish from MoYou Nails  in different spots on the design. When I scraped it, it blended very nicely and made a bit of purple in there too! 

I was starting to get bored with the regular winter colors. I wanted to put a little twist on it, so I made pink snowflakes . The white is Wet and Wild Megalast, Whipped Topping. The pink is by LA Colors Color Craze, Pink Bubbles. The stamping plates I used are from bornprettystore.com QA19 & QA58 . My favorite stamping polish is from MoYou Nails . This one I really love. It reminds me of little foil presents. This one was really easy but looks so great in person. All I did for this one is add rainbow foil to my  nails by adding a thin coat of polish and just before it dries and then the foil sticks to the polish. Then I stamped with MoYou Nails stamping plate #127 and thier white stamping polish.  And the winner of the giveaway of the ring is Mollie M. This is my African safari nail art. I love this one. I first used a sponge to get the light blue, pink and purple sky, I wanted it to look like it was at sunset. I used plate BP-16 from bornprettystore.com  (link below). I always use MoYou Nails stamping polish (link below also). They always leave a really crisp image. I love how this one came out! I started with a light blue BK base coat. I then stamped with MoYou Nails  black stamping polish, using BM-404 . I have a bunch of Apple Barrel  arcrylic paints that I use to make my own shade of  colors I may need. They are only a couple bucks for a bottle and they work really well. That's what I colored the diamonds with and added a clear coat to seal it all up. 

This is my Plaid Fall look. I wanted to play around again with the NYC Matte me Crazy polish. I used Sinful Colors Ruby Ruby and LA Colors nail lacquer Black. I then topped them all with just one coat of Matte me Crazy. I used a black stamping polish from MoYou Nails and thier stamping plate #124 for the floral and QA84 from bornprettystore.com  is the plaid stamping plate. 

This is my spooky spider web Halloween nails. I used a black polish from LA Colors and the purple is Wet n Wild, On a Trip. I used a matte top coat from NYC. It worked really well. I am going to use it again in the future for sure!! The stamping plate used is from bornprettystore.com , QA26. The black and white stamping polishes are from MoYou Nails.
